1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@getthatsmile.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened oral care products cannot be returned

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@getthatsmile.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide you with return instructions

  3. Securely package the item and send it to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used hygiene products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

7. Late or Missing Refunds
